COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A medium bodied India Pale Ale, dry hopped to provide a very pleasing flora, citrus aroma. Well balanced between malty sweetness and hop bitterness. A very thirst quenching IPA.

Bottled shared by hobbie100. Thanks Richard! A: Clear and orange, with a half inch of head that leaves a fair amount of lacing around the glass. S: Hops and various spices T: Refreshing and clean. This is a quality IPA, though I prefer an IPA to have a bolder hop presence. The spices I noted in the aroma are subtle in the taste, which is good (East Kent Goldings Iíve been told). The beer is slightly bitter, most noticeably in the finish. M: Good feel. The spicy hop aspect is especially noticeable in the aftertaste. There is a nice, lingering bitter finish that Iím enjoying. D: Easy to drink, low abv, simple. Good stuff.

cask: nice cask pull with fairly thick head with lacing and soft mouthfeel. Creamy. Somewhat weakly hopped for even an english IPA, leaving it just slightly sweeter than i would have liked. Still, nice on cask.

Draft pours copper. Good flavor and aroma without being overpowering-very drinkable IPA.

Bottle at home in the CT, USA. Pours clear gold with a dense, frothy white cream head. Quite effervescent. Tropical fruits and dough in the nose. Medium sweet flavor, bready, with sweet and juicy fruits, subtle wood and yeast, and faint, dry grass. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Fairly dry to finish, with lightly toasted hay and dough, pithy citrus, mild grass, with perhaps some touches of orange marmalade. A very nice beer overall.

This is what an IPA should taste like. Nice aroma, not overpowering. Lovely dry taste with a great IPA finish that isnít so hoppy and dry that is sucks the moisture out of your mouth

22 oz bomber into a pint glass. Best by date of 06/19/12. Probably not the freshest of IPAís, but it is in the english style. A - Nice and clear dark amber body. Soapy three finger high white head. Awesome lacing and retention. S - Tons of sweet malts. Honey, biscuity crackers, and some piney and grassy hops. Extremely malt forward and inviting. T - More of the malt heaviness. Starts off with some lightly bitter and spicy floral hops and ends on a sweet honey and biscuit note. Really delicious and highly drinkable. M - Creamy and medium bodied. Carbonation is about spot on for me. O - A great english style IPA. Iím glad to have BBC so close to me, Iíve had this super fresh from the brewery, a few weeks old on tap, and a few months old from the bottle. Its always a damn delicious beer.

Cask at Redbones: Poured a light amber color ale. Aroma of fresh floral hops is not as powerful as expected. Taste is dominated by medium bitter notes with some floral undertones with delicate dry caramel malt. Body is about average. Middle of the road IPA with no major flaws but lacking a bit of hops.
