3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20 chronictonic (437) - Oreland, USA - SEP 17, 2003
Bottle. Very fruity aroma. Medium gold, a bit of yeast at the bottom of the bottle - small lacey white head. Imediate flavor was very sweet - almost candylike from the hops. Bubblegum flavor. Chewy hoppiness. I enjoyed it, though I generally prefer a more bitter IPA - I felt that the hop flavors in this were unique and different than most of the IPAs I've tried. The candy sweetness would limit me to a pint of this though.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 davey101 (215) - Connecticut, USA - MAY 13, 2012
22 oz bomber into a pint glass. Best by date of 06/19/12. Probably not the freshest of IPA’s, but it is in the english style.
A - Nice and clear dark amber body. Soapy three finger high white head. Awesome lacing and retention.
S - Tons of sweet malts. Honey, biscuity crackers, and some piney and grassy hops. Extremely malt forward and inviting.
T - More of the malt heaviness. Starts off with some lightly bitter and spicy floral hops and ends on a sweet honey and biscuit note. Really delicious and highly drinkable.
M - Creamy and medium bodied. Carbonation is about spot on for me.
O - A great english style IPA. I’m glad to have BBC so close to me, I’ve had this super fresh from the brewery, a few weeks old on tap, and a few months old from the bottle. Its always a damn delicious beer.
3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20 Boutip (3451) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 11, 2012
Cask at Redbones: Poured a light amber color ale. Aroma of fresh floral hops is not as powerful as expected. Taste is dominated by medium bitter notes with some floral undertones with delicate dry caramel malt. Body is about average. Middle of the road IPA with no major flaws but lacking a bit of hops.
2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 bbbeer (232) - Massachusetts, USA - MAR 2, 2012
Hazy brown orange with small head. Aroma mild citrus hops, grains. Medium body. Not all that bitter. More malty than anything else. Off-dry. Hops are sort of there but not distinct. Odd aftertaste. Not really that great.

2.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20 Ulfada (257) - North Carolina, USA - FEB 24, 2012
On draft. Clear copper pour, finger thick head disappeared almost immediatly. What was left did leave some nice lacing. Good mouthfeel. Well balanced with a decent amount of bitterness. The hop flavor has a slight asprin flavor.
3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 cbooth (12) - Great Barrington, Massachusetts, USA - JAN 21, 2012
Pours a unfiltered cloudy golden amber out of a bomber. Thin, white, lacy lasting head. Very malty for an IPA, no overpowering bitter taste. Less hoppy than you’d expect.

3.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 ned1313 (15) - Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 2, 2011
Had at home with Jeff from bottle. 10/2/2011. Very fruity with apricot notes. Mouthfeel is over carbonated. Possibly to much attention to hops and not enough malt to back it up.
