Ungstrup (11164), Frederiksberg, Denmark Dec 12, 2005 [Cask at GBBF 2005] An orange beer with no head. The aroma is sweet with pirmary notes of caramel, but also light notes of hops. THe flavor is sweet and again with primary notes of caramel - it is so sweet, that the mouthfeel is sticky, and there is not enough hops to balance the sweetness, but it is still OK. kp (6200), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Sep 1, 2007 Date: 06/01/2006

argo0 (6176), Washington DC, USA Nov 15, 2005 (draft) Cloudy amber body with off-white head. Aroma is medium sweet, grapefruit. Taste is medium sweet, grapefruit, caramel, light herbal. Light-medium body. Very mild for an IPA, even for an APA. duff (5405), Sydney, Australia, Surrey, England Aug 7, 2005 Cask@GBBF 05’. Not too bad, but a little bit unhoppy for an American pale ale. Sweetish, with hints of pine and citrus in the finish. More maltier than expected and less hoppy. Perhpas it was the expectation that made me not like it so much. harrisoni (5149), Ashford, Kent, England Aug 4, 2005 Cask @ GBBF
Some hop and fruit, bit of tea, dryish hoppy finish intensifies. Amber colour, not bad, but after half a dozen USA IPAs the sickly cloying nature of them becomes a bit much
