A medium bodied India Pale Ale, dry hopped to provide a very pleasing flora, citrus aroma. Well balanced between malty sweetness and hop bitterness. A very thirst quenching IPA.

Actually liked this better by bottle than on tap. Unusual as it is I was comparing it with the Rotator Series Falconer IPA today and it paled in comparison and that is the best way to say it. Appearance: 4.5 out of 5.00 Beautiful unfiltered appearance. Orange / Copper color... Golden hue. Smell: Aroma of light citrus.. Taste: Not as hoppy as I would have expected. Very low bitterness for an IPA. Malty and frothy on the front with limited IPA taste more of a golden ale. Not hoppy. No alcohol bite. Maybe the English in English IPA comes from the breadiness of this ale. Mouthfeel: Suprisingly dry. Does not have peppery or hoppy mouthfeel more of a sweetness which almost tastes skunked... Overall: No major flaws but not the best of BBC. Its adequate and I would rate it well as Berkshire has not done me wrong in the past but this is not their finest product..

Pretty dark amber into glass. Big big webby/crochet lacing. Large uneven bubbles. Smells of muddy/earthy wet hops and dark grains. Palate more of the same, overly bitter and sloppy. This is not good, what is wrong with everyone?

Cask at GBBF. Hazy orange, still, small bubbly white head. Aroma is pithy orange, floral, some syrupy sweet toffee. Body is medium, smooth, low carbonation. Taste is sweet tangerine, straw, hoppy bitter finish. Decent.

Cask at GBBF 2015. It pours golden - amber with a small white head. The nose is sweet, sticky, juicy, oily, peach, apricot, earthy and candy. The taste is bitter - sweet, oily, earthy, apricot, nectarine, peppercorn, light alcohol and toasted grass with a dry, warming finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Oily mouth - feel. Simple, but not bad.

Cask gravity at GBBF 2015 day 1. Light haze, golden orange coloured pour with a lasting loose off white head. Aroma is light pine needle hop, little caramel. Flavour is grassy, piney hop, light caramel, biscuits malt. Palate is semi sweet, moderate carbonation, goof condition.

From a can. Gold color with a decent citrusy aroma. It is very easy to drink but I am getting a weird aftertaste that I don’t care for.

Easy going English style IPA. Very drinkable, and that counts for something. I typically don’t care for the under hopped English version of this style, but this alright.

Pours from a tap a cloud amber with thin off white head. Aroma is a rather thin floral, and flavor is a lackadaisical citrus with little maltiness to speak of.

Bottle. Pours a nice head that already reveals its dry hopped aromas. Some malts (caramel, toast) and a nice spread of floral and citrussy hops. Recommended.
