Clear caramel color. Smallish white head. Filtered ale? Heavy ale smell. Foody ale taste. Bitter end.

Pours a nice clear amber with an average white head that leaves some good lacing. Aroma has a malty core with grassy, caramel and fruity hints. Malty flavor includes a bit of hops, a bit of apple and pear, and a bit of caramel - nice, if nothing to Tweet about. Smooth texture has good fizz and decent body. Better as a party drink, or to go with a meal.

Golden with white head. Grain and mild hop aroma note. Full bodied, creamy texture, grain, lemon, and corn notes. Unbalanced, lasting hop bitter finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 fl oz bottle poured into a pint glass. Copper with no head to speak of. Aroma is raisins and apples. Bitterness up front, then the fruitiness comes in. A ton of bitterness in the lasting finish. A lot of carbonation, surprising considering the minuscule head. Decent.

Clear amber body. White head. Perfect lacing. Aroma is malty but some wet cardboard and basement. Taste is actually better than expected since I wasn’t a huge fan of the smell. Notes of raisins, nuts, citrus rind, and earthy. A bit too watery on the palate for my taste but still a decent beer.

12 ounce bottle from a Wegman’s. This was available as a single but I assume it was part of the Beers of the World thing that I declined to buy a few months earlier. I appreciate the beer assisting me in opening the bottle. The cap popped off with quite a bit of force. That being said, though, it leaves a wispy, anemic offwhite head. Aroma of toasted malts, green apple and a bit of nail polish. The taste is very much the same with a bit of raisin as well. Stock ale... no way. Not bad, not good. Medium bodied and over-carbonated.

Bottle.
Pours a nice, glassy amber with a nose of candied strawberry malt, sweet leaves (nay, not the Black Sabbath variety), and sweet earth. Flavor is watery tea leaves, sweetened malt, and a touch of raked leaves. Watery mouthfeel. Not horrible, but one is plenty.

Should have kept it in stock and not distributed this slop. Total drain pour! Tasteless watery mess masquerading as a craft beer. Even the macrobreweries have better specialty beers than this! Reddish colored, light in taste, foul smelling. Even worse than Barbary Coast.

Clear amber with a puffy white, lacy head. Smells pretty generic, mostly caramel malt and soap with a dash of hops. Tastes soapy too, sweet with a hint of hop bitterness. Mouthfeel is, you guessed it, soapy, but not thin like I expected. Not bad, but not really all that great either.
