Oct 19, 2007 Cold 22oz bottle: Pours a clear dark golden color with minimal ivory bubbles and some lacing. Aroma is of rich malts, bread, light fruits and caramel notes. Taste is of rich bread with subtle hops and fruit. Light bodied, crisp and fair carbonation. Ending is contains notes of fruit and caramel.

Oct 16, 2007 22oz. bottle into lager glass. Pours a cloudy yellow color with a light, white head. Aromas of hops and citrus fruit are very strong. Flavors of lemon and hops with a sweet , caramel finish. Very crisp, refreshing mouthfeel. Not bad, but not great.

Oct 3, 2007 Lighter with decent head. Typical pale ale, not very daring, but also has solid character. Decent hop presence with a watery touch similar to large domestic brews. A good refresher.

Oct 2, 2007 This beer pours a cloudy pale orange color and a mild head with decent laceing around the glass. It has a nice floral and sweet smell to it. As you drink it you get some nice honey flavors and floral hints on the back of your palate. Initially is it rather bitter but that fades as you drink the beer.

Oct 1, 2007 Pours out a slightly hazy golden colour with a dense N2-like head that is creamy in appearance. The head laces very well, leaving a white ring after each gulp. The aroma was muted floral hops and honey-sweet malts. The floral hops smell almost like fragrant rose petals. The flavour is dissapointing after taking in the aroma for a few moments as the beer warmed. The watery palate hardly supports the malty flavours. The finish is similar to what you’d find in a corny lager, with a metalic bitterness. The initial flavour is subtly biscuity. As bland as this one is, it’s not very drinkable. If sipped to fast, the alcohol becomes increasingly present.
