Dark and heavy. Mostly burned taste, but also rich on sweetness and fruitiness. Definitely more exciting than the "Helles". Well roundes, excellent hops.

500 ml bottle from a trade with KnutAlbert. A lighthly tanned, dense two-finger head resting on a brilliant dark ruby colored body. Alcohol-soaked plums, a faint caramel scent and some sugary malts in the aroma. Sweet rounded malt flavor, quite inviting actually. Dark fruits, with a mild roasted and spicy accent in addition. Medium body. Sourish-sweet malts, dark fruits and a noticable alcohol sting in the finish.

It’s black/brown with a red hue and a huge, creamy and lasting head. The aroma has notes of licorice, flower and roasted malt. The flavour has sweetness and notes of licorice, flower and roasted malt and it ends dry. It’s very, very delicious and well balanced.

Bottle from Berlin. Well balanced, deceivingly light, malty, a little sourness. A pleasant bock.
