Pale lager color and small white head. Dry, a bit skunked hoppy aroma with hints of rubber. Sweetish with attacking dry hops and slightly bitter finish. Unbalanced mouthfeel and not very interesting pils.(4/2/4/2/8 2.0)
Re-rated, bottled (BB 06/2005)
Yellow, small white head. Weak grassy nose with rubbery tones. Sweetish malty with low-quality hops - grassy, skunked flavor. Lacks aftertaste. (3/2/3/2/7 1.7)

(Bottled) Quite pale yellow color with small head and no lace. Sweetish, slightly buttery, hoppy aroma. Quite sweet, fruity flavor - nothing special, nothing irritating. Light to medium-bodied, medium-carbonated palate. Clean and refreshing, but uninteresting pils.

Draught at Die Bretterbude, Kreuzberg, Berlin. Pale golden. Sour aroma and flavour. Maize warning.

i´ve had a bit of this over the years and my opinion always varies. can be metallic and nasty but can also be very bitter and dry and refreshing. not sure if it´s me or the beer

I drove all day form Vilnius (Lithuania) across Poland to Germany. When I found penzion and sat with bottle of Berliner Kindl, I found myself in Heaven. So, my marks can be little bit higher, that this beer is worth.

Blond with a big head. Hop and yeast aroma. Short hoppy taste.

Old tasting notes: Crispy and clean, much like Bitburger and other big Greman pilsners. Refreshing without any offensive tastes, but still quite average. The folks at the bar let us keep our steinish mugs, I still have mine today.

Not very impressive at all. It was also served much too warm for a pils, which may be unfair, but hey, in Germany a beer has to be served the proper temperature.

A great beer drunk 31st March 2002 on a warm sunny day in Berlin. Clean and fresh!

Extremely boring, but atleast it tasted clean.
