A typical modern german pilsner.

Berlin Trip berr No. 20. Bottle. Yellow body, small loose head, strong skunky aroma. Plenty of hops and bitterness, some citrus flavours. Malty sweet finish that gives way to a nasty chemical aftertaste. A bulk brewed german pils. Nothing more to be said.

Dry and sharp - hops have taken over. Not as bitter as most of the other Pilsner beers created in the area. Head dissipates pretty quickly.

Golden clear appearance.sightly dry but still a very sharp taste. Very refreshing and easy to drink.

almosi (282) - Viña del Mar, CHILE - MAR 26, 2007
(in Keg). Pale lager yellow color and small white head. Dry, a bit hoppy aroma with hints of rubber. Sweetish and attacking dry hops and slightly bitter finish. Unbalanced mouth feel, not very good pilsner.

cgarvieuk (14176) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - MAR 2, 2007
pale orange in colour, light and not to lagery in flavour (for me one of the better in its class)

Bottle, 4.8%, Clear golden colour. The flavour is OK citric. Medium bitterness. Quite clean, and not too interesting.

Standard boring pils / pale lager style. Nothing to write home about (from Berlin!) so I won’t. Ok dry finish excepted (and maybe the cut grass herbal nose) there’s not a whole lot going on. Keep safe for a summer’s afternoon if you must.

madsberg (10142) - Søborg, DENMARK - OCT 13, 2006
Bottled. Golden coloured. HAzy Fluffy off white head. Fruity and grainy aroma. Flavour is light herbal and sweet. Very bland in flavour and aroma. Quite crisp but boring. Dry mouthfeel. Ends on a light bitter note.

voota (765) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - SEP 29, 2006
Pours pale gold with a white head. Aroma of corn, grain and some grassy hops. Flavour is thin and not very bitter, has a very sugary feel to it, along with some grassy hops and light caramel. The finish is dry and reasonably crisp.
