UPDATED: APR 26, 2009 My initial reactions were not strong, but in time I have discovered a fondness for this fine beer.

Draft at the brewery, Indira Ghandi Str, Berlin. Of the three principle pilseners from this brewery (Berliner, Schultheis and Kindl), this one stands out alittle more then the others. by large international pils standards this one is perfectly adequate without being exceptional.

Berlin Trip berr No. 20. Bottle. Yellow body, small loose head, strong skunky aroma. Plenty of hops and bitterness, some citrus flavours. Malty sweet finish that gives way to a nasty chemical aftertaste. A bulk brewed german pils. Nothing more to be said.

Dry and sharp - hops have taken over. Not as bitter as most of the other Pilsner beers created in the area. Head dissipates pretty quickly.

(in Keg). Pale lager yellow color and small white head. Dry, a bit hoppy aroma with hints of rubber. Sweetish and attacking dry hops and slightly bitter finish. Unbalanced mouth feel, not very good pilsner.

pale orange in colour, light and not to lagery in flavour (for me one of the better in its class)

Bottle, 4.8%, Clear golden colour. The flavour is OK citric. Medium bitterness. Quite clean, and not too interesting.
