Acid green colour. Nice foamy, green head. Woodruf aroma, with some yeasty notes. Sweet, woodruffy taste. Sour, yeasty notes. I like it.

Bottle- woodruff aroma foremost but sourness of the weisse apparent. Cloudy neon green color. Sweet woodruff taste (nearest thing to compare it to in the states is possibly pistachio ice cream) but not nearly as sweet as the mixed ones you get in Berlin as the sourness of the weisse beer is still apparent. If you can find this in the states, it’s a fair approximation but if you’re in Berlin, have them mix you one instead. If you hate sweet beers, do not even try a Weisse with syrup.

Geiserich (2335) - Vienna, AUSTRIA - AUG 25, 2004
Strange poison green color, with rocky green head. Quite artificial taste and aroma. Only light waldmeister notes. Sour and sweet. Refreshing and a nice german “beeropop”, but better if mixed by myself (I think).

(on bottle) Disapointment. I had read alot about the berliner weisse tradition and especially of the one with Waldmeister, wich is one of myfavorite flowers in the spring. A funny absint-green color and a light green head, is about the best of it. There is no waldmeister to his way-to-sweet marzipan taste. maybe there´s some, small traces in the ending, long time after swelling it and I´m not going there again.

Hui - artificial green color with an ugly light green rockky head. Artificial and chemical acidic nose - typical Waldmeister Pudding - only liquid. Very refreshing though.

Strange green brew. I had this at 5:30 pm and at that time it was very refreshing and nice.

An unclear green beer - with a lasting green head. The last thing I think of when I see it is beer. So the rest is noted with eyes closed. The aroma is light with notes of sweetness, yeast, and spice. The flavor is very sweet and artificial. The sweetness lingers on your lips. The aftertaste is sodapop sweet with artificial spices. The connection to beer is unclear to me.
