3 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Very drinkable and easy-going drink, you can hardly guess if it is beer or sth else. Sour-sweet, fizzy, tasty.

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
330ml bottle bought at Berliner Resturant in Olympian City, Tai Kok Tsui.
Cloudy hazy dayglo lime green colour with some dirt-like yeast sediments; Half finger head with soapy off-green foam which fades in 30 seconds; Moderate sticky lacing and notable slight carbonation; Sweet aroma of piney syrup, with icing sugar, light yoghurt, very light malt and light yeast; Pretty tart and mid-to-light sweet taste of light malt, with moderate yoghurt tartness, green vegetable juice, pine, yeast and lemon;
Light body, watery palate; Mouth feel is thin, with B-Weisse’s yoghurt taste being equally matched by piney woodruff syrup so resulting tartness is moderately light, and so is the residual sweetness. Very light malt, yeast and lemon round up the taste. Okay… Hoppiness is no nose and only light lemon taste. No bitterness, just light tart-and-sweet lacto finish; Slightly dry after taste. Light tart and very easy to mouth.
Comments: Unlike its raspberry syrup-flavoured brother, this one has that unusual piney woodruff taste, which is actually not terrible, but the weisse’s yoghurt taste was overwhelmed and what’s left is pretty much a harmless party drink. For those who can’t stand the pure B-Weisse sourness and yet want a taste of it. I prefer the raspberry one over this.

No, no, no & no. A beer shouldn’t be green. The head shouldn’t be light green, and it shouldn’t be fizzy, small and very short-lived. This doesn’t look like something that is fit for human consumption. The aroma is quite strong and artificial beyond belief. It might be labelled as fruity, but it’s utterly artificial, and smells much more like body wash, bath foam and shampoo than anything that has ever been alive. Disgusting. The flavour is actually a bit better: it’s actually possible to drink this sugary, artificial fruity bath foam alcopop stuff. The acidity of the original Kindl is efficiently drowned by the Waldmeister Schuß, leaving just a light acidic touch. The overall feel of the taste is definitely sweet, very sweet, cloyingly so. And all this nonsense due to a 1.2% syrup content? The mouthfeel is better than for the original Kindl: the body is less light and the finish isn’t as short. The carbonation is lively. Horrible stuff, I’ll never try another Berliner Weisse mit Schuß again. The only good thing about this one is that I had fun taking tacky pics of it: https://www.flickr.com/photos/tfredvik/13462705723

Hazy green beer with a big pale green head!!!! Okay then!! Nose of minty herbal lime. Palate is light and slightly crisp. A very light sourness kicks things off, little seltzer as well. Then intense limey minty herbal something! Both sweet and sour! Well that was an experience, very unusual beer. Beer is supposed to be fun isn’t it? Well this one made me smile!

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Botella de 330ml. Copa de Vino. Color verde y apariencia velada. No resulta empalagosa sino refrescante. –Gracias a mi buen amigo Ferrán por traerla directamente de Berlín.
330ml bottle. Wine glass. Green color, chill haze appearance. Greenish white foam. Small bubbled & close crown but brief. Intense herbal aromas, biscuit, syrup, vanilla & candy notes. Smooth & sweet upfront. Light to medium body. Soft carbonation. Viscous texture. Slight underneath bitterness & astringent sour fruit peel –orange & tangerine. Dry sweetish finish & syrup notes on the aftertaste. No cloying but refreshing. My dear friend Ferrán brought this to me direct from Berlin. Thanks!!

1.1 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 3/20
330ml bottle. Murky green colour with average, frothy, diminishing, white head. Intense artificial woodruff aroma that doesn’t really meet the real thing, it’s more like perfumed marzipan. Taste is sweet and sour, hints of artificial sweetener, citric acid, sherbet, closer to woodruff, no hints of beer except for the tartness (I hope so). Reminds of ’Ahoi Brause’, an extra point for this reminiscence of childhood - nevertheless horrible on the whole.

1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 5/20
Bottle: Served in a Duvel glass: Beautiful hazy pink red pour. Medium sized white greenish foamy head on top of a hazy to murky poisonous green colored beer.
Aroma is so artificial sweet that you fear the taste. There’s cheap candy, sweet candy, plastic, some marzepin sweetness, lot of artificial sweet gummy candy... Pfff heavy!
Flavours of candy sweetness with a lot of candy but less than in the aroma, wheat, some light bitter and tart ish tones and some malts... A big sweetened poisonous beer, hehe...
Aftertaste is also fudgy gummy candy sweet with some malts, wheat, yeast and sweet corn.
Low carbo, creamy mouthfeel, low to medium bodied and a creamy texture.
There’s this sweet tone I can’t name for the simple reason I can think of the candy... But what the heck, it’s a far from unteresting beer. Wouldn’t recommand!

1.1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 4/20
