3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bière paille, trouble, avec un nez salé / sûr qui fait penser à une gose. En bouche, le profil sûrette est dominant. Une belle texture de blé vient agrémenter cette bière franchement rafraîchissante et satisfaisante.

What the heck is this? What have they done to this beer? It’s taste’s weird in a chemical way. Has also a wrong kind of bitter.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
33cl bottle from a fellow Siebel student, thanks Matt. Pours a hazed yellow-gold colored with a finger-width, frothy, white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a nice lacing. Aroma is lightly soured wheat with a light lemon acidity, some stale bread, and a bit of a cheesiness. Flavor is better. Lightly acidic wheats with some lemons and grapefruits with just a light funk. Finishes somewhat sour and dry, but pretty clean. Medium length aftertaste following a light body and a moderate carbonation. Overall, nothing special, but a decent berliner weisse. Clean and enjoyable enough.

Bottle split at JF’s, thanks to he (from Beautiful Beers), 19/07/13.
Murky yellow/orange with a thin off white head that clears to a pond and edgeing.
Nose is tarte apples, sugars, light syrup, stewed raisens.
Taste comprises light soured fruit notes, lemon rind, apple skins, light sugars, earthy notes, light funkyness.
Light to medium in body, fine carbonation.
Refreshing stuff on a hot summers day - lacks a bit of sourness compared to other BW’s but decent enough for the price.
