Not as good as The kernel for me but props to the original.

330ml bottle from The Cave (Glasgow, £1.49):
Sour & fruity with citrus and lemon making an appearance but it is the sourness that is the most noticeable. There is some light wheat and a touch of acidity in there too but it is fairly light overall.
Cloudy pale, yellow colour that has tinges of orange in there too. The head is an almost non-existent one with a bubbly lacing around the circumference but not much else.
Very sour tasting beer with a good helping of acidity and plenty of citrus flavours coming through. There is a lot of lemon zest and some wheat flavouring too but again the sourness takes over in this one.
A light body and a pretty refreshing feel helped with the strong carbonation. The sourness is there again and the beer is quite tangy but has decent drinkablity.
A very sour tasting beer with citrus and some wheat but other than that there isn’t a lot to report on this one. It was fairly easy to drink after the initial acidity and sourness settled down slightly.
2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20 abemorsten (1854) - Mosterøy, NORWAY - MAR 30, 2013
0,33 l bottle from Galeria Kaufhof Alexanderplatz, Berlin. Pours a misty milky pale golden body with a small white head. Lactic sour like an overdue kitchen cloth, light fruity and malty notes on the nose. Crisp and sour like slightly diluted lemon juice. Astringent dry tongue. Malty notes as the palate returns to normal.

First Berliner weisse(without syrup) ever.
Really clear liquid with almost no head. In nose you cand find some wheat and something between sweet and sour.
In mouth is really refreshing. Some lactic acid and grapes. It remember me a champagne.
I will try better beers of this style.
