UPDATED: JUN 8, 2008 Tap. A nice hoppy aroma. Clear blond yellow color. A very nice malt flavor - well balanced light hops and malt.

[500ml bottle, WohnZimmer, Prenzlauer Berg] Drunk from the 500ml bottle in a achingly non-interested café bar in Berlin, so can’t really comment on the appearance – although I’m guessing it’s a golden lager. You only get a glass with a weissbier – otherwise it’s bottoms up. Sweet, malty and with a slightly disappointing vegetal finish – by no means the best pilsner I had in Germany on the trip (or even that afternoon). Liquid sweet straw [15042012]

Pale yellow clear body with white tight head. Aromas hops , malts, grains. Palate medium bodied with lively carbonation and mouth feel. Aftertaste sweet malts and crispy medium short hops finish.

On tap at local restaurant, Berlin. Pours clear weak golden with a small white head,aroma is spicy and grassy hops. Taste is rather well balanced, with a sweetish caramel initially, light grassy bitter/sweet finish. OK beer

Pale golden with a small white head. Aroma of DMS, herbal hops and grainy malt. Sweet malty flavour with a faint hoppy note.

Bottle. Clear yellow wit big white head. Aroma is malt, hops and straw. Flavour is malt, hops, bitter, medium sweet and a little straw.

330 ml bottle had in Iraq after being picked up at the Frankfurt Airport in Germany. Pale yellow colour with a thick foamy head. Aroma is floral and malt.The taste is floral, malty and bitter. Palate and ending ar metal bitter. Slightly offensive

UPDATED: JAN 5, 2012 Draught: Pale golden with a foamy white head. Green aromas of hay and grass. Watery and light bodied, with a nice hop-bite and a slightly sweet, rather mild malt profile. Less pleasant aftertaste of underarm sweat. Perhaps an unclean tap? Short dry bitter finish.

Szerintem egy igazi tucatláger, nem sok élveznivalót találni benne (a helyiek ezt isszák hazafele a metrón - igénytelenség vagy lokálpatriotizmus?), de egyszer-egyszer azért lecsúszik.

Botella out in tha blue. Clear golden colour, lively white head. Grassy hoppy lightly fruity aroma. Good mouthfeel. Flavour is fresh like with grassy hops, bit fruitish like and with a medium pleasant dry like bitterness. Good D (B) pils.
