COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A South Pacific IPA brewed with big amounts of Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin hops from Australia and New Zealand and a fruity dry hopping of Citra , Galaxy and Bramling Cross. Aromas of mangoes and tropical fruit on the nose persist trough the tasting. Una South Pacific IPA prodotta con grandi quantità di luppoli Galaxy e Nelson Sauvin dall’Australia e dalla Nuova Zelanda ed un fruttatissimo dry hopping di Citra, Galaxy e Bramling Cross. Gli aromi di mango e frutta tropicale al naso persistono anche in bocca.

Tap at Open Baladin, Roma 09/02/13. Hazed mid amber with a big white head of small bubbles. Nose is fresh hops, pine, Ribena berries, candyfloss. Taste comprises hops, pine, grapefruit, mineral tones, light mango, orange pith. Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation - a little too much and lets this beer down by a few marks in my book, bitterness in the finish. None the less a decent IPA.

Non è proprio una birra da bere in inverno, però ha un buon amaro ed è bilancata piuttosto bene.

Una birra con un bouquet aromatico molto intenso, dominato, come recita la descrizione commerciale, dalla frutta tropicale. Ambrata con un bel cappello di schiuma. Al palato inizia benissimo: ancora una volta le note tropicali e quelle agrumate la fanno da padrone. Il problema è che la birra è troppo "corta" con un finale troppo brusco. Resta comunque un buon prodotto e un buon esordio per questo nuovo birrificio.

Great IPA! Colour is light amber with a nice white head. On the nose aromas of mangoes, tropical fruits, citrus and light fruity notes. Well balanced with a good mouthfeel, very light caramel notes and great hops flavour. Final is quite bitter and persistent.
