Dark amber coloured beer with a small light brown head. Slightly roasted malty aroma. The taste is a bit sweet with a rather neutral finish. Quite ok.

Ruby color, beige head, good lace. Very sweet, especially in the start, light fruity sourness, light bitterness, chocolate, cherry, prune. Medium body but quite flat. Tasted to me like an Old Ale. Sep 03, 3.2: Very good start with the aroma consisting of roasty chocolat. Nice ruby color, creme head with too large bubbles however, fair lace. Light sweet, light sour, rather bitter, roasted, hint of licorice. Bit dry.

UPDATED: NOV 21, 2003 Very dark amber color, almost black. Wonderful head. Aroma is roasted and malty, some cocoa. A dry and stoutish beer with a bitter finish.

Toasted malt aroma with apple. Deep dark ruby red color. Thin to medium bodied. Roasted bitter flavor. Some pear fruit. Slight but lasting toasty bitter aftertaste. Excellent beer!

Interesting rendition of the Dunkel style in CR. Deep dark (almost black), sticky head, chocolate and coffee flavors, very robust.

Looks like a stout, pitch black with good brown head. Burnt aroma of dark chocolate and coffee. Burnt dark malt and coffee in flavor. Long bitter finish.

Black with a rich brown head. Aroma and flavor of burnt coffee. Woody and dry finish.

Good dunkel. Not as good, as Krusovice, but fine. Little bit more bitter

Dark ruby colour, rich brown head, good lacing. Somewhat sweet liquorice aroma. Smooth roasty toffee-flavour. Gets more bitter towards the finish. Nice Dunkel.
