caramel, chocolate, butterscotch, earthy, black, clear, minimal head, white foam, tan foam, medium sweetness, lightly bitter, lightly sour, light body, slick feel, average carbonation, bitter, long finish Overall pretty sweet and malty. Minimal foam leaves light lacing. Caramel like aromas, hint of chocolate. Slick mouthfeel (reminds almost of scotch ale). Thin bodied and refreshing. Light bitter sweet finish that lasts.

Bottle 0,50L. Clear, ruby brown colour with big light brown, frothy head. Aroma of roasted malts, strong coffee and dark chocolate. Taste starts light bitter with strong coffee note and finish moderate bitter. Medium body, watery texture and soft carbonation. Way better than most of the Czech and German dunkels, I’ve tried...

Appearance with black color and high head of foam. Aroma of roasting and baking. On the palate, the bitterness and strong body make this a very complex beer. I did enjoy it!

From 0.5l bottle. BBD: 09.10.14 Pours nice dark brown liquid (ruby red against light), nice creamy tan head with small bubbles - fell down to minimal lacings medium quickly. Aroma: espresso, roasted tones, malty, dark chocolate. All in gentle way. Taste: light to medium sweet, light bitter, light to medium sour. roasted tones, malty, light yeasty, some hop tones and metal light flavor! Palate: Light to medium body, sticky texture, average carbonation, long light bitter and light sour finish. Overall: Good dark lager, but its reputation exceeds its quality. Aroma is good for the style but nothing amazing, taste very light, not enough complex and too acid, with metal hints. Nevertheless I must praise its excellent drinkability and very good appearance (only the foam could hold longer).
