Feb 3, 2005 Dark brown colour with beige head. Malty fruity aroma with lots of plum. Sweet fruity flavor with raisin and plum. Nice soft palate. Very good dunkel.

May 21, 2007 Bottle. Brown color, frothy, brown lasting foam. Aroma is very hoppy with hints of caramel and vanilla, coffee and chocolate... Flavor is roasted, chocolate and caramel with a nice sweetness and light bitter finish. Not as sweet as other dunkels.

Nov 20, 2008 Kitöltöm és látom az igazi fekete nedűt,tetején a sűrű,kemény "capuccinós" színű habbal.Illata édeskés,karamellás,de mintha egy kicsit "odakapott" volna.Ízében is ott az égetett cukor de ezt könnyen elnyomja a komló kellemes keserűje.Van benne egy kis "bogyós gyümölcsösség" is.Utóíze keserédes,kiszárítja a szájat,úgyhogy bontsunk még egyet!

May 23, 2009 Bottle 50 Cl. Apperance; Black with some redish, with a very nice head. Aroma; the beer is to cold, damn! Sweet, but roasted malt, also some sence of dark caramel. I can smell this beer for several minutes beefore I take the first sipp, very nice. It must be all the crap beer I have had this last days. Flavor; Caramel, roasted malt and some choccolate. The aftertaste is light bitter, but then again sweet. Go figure

May 31, 2009 (Praha) Its very dark red with thick, roasted, foam. The aroma is typical roasted. the taste is very sweet and a bit salt and alot of roasted flavours, it even has some hops. The palate is fitting/good but the aftertaste is a bit weak. Its nice though.

Dec 27, 2008 A 13% extrakt- és 5,1% alkoholtartalmú barnasör – némi túlzással – a cseh sörfőzés kvintesszenciája: igazi fekete szín, ami a szokatlanul tartós habon is meglátszik, telt malátaíz, nagyon karakteres, harapós, hosszan lecsengő kesernyésség. Igazi, férfiaknak való ital.

Sep 8, 2009 On tap at Duende Prage CZ. Pours a deep brown no....black with a very creamy tan head. Aroma is chocolate, roast, malt, grains, esthers, yeasts. Flavor is the same as the aroma with a nice creamy mouthfeel. Good brew.
