Apple, musty aroma. Clear-golden in color with a few bubbles for head. Moderately sweet with a slightly dry finish. Notes: Stumbled upon the cidery while visiting Normandy. Also make great calvados and liquer!

Had a try at the cidery, and bought a 33 cl bottle, even though I preferred their Pommeau. Hazy deep golden, plain and non-complex apple aroma, good balance.
