Bottle branded Bernard Lager. Nice golden colour with a small head. Malty with hints of corn. Very little bitterness. Disappointing.

Clear as a bell. Smells much as you would imagine it to. Smooth, light and puffy in the mouth. It is sweet with a herbal almost nettle-like fragrancy. As they go this is pretty ace.

29/10 A 0.5 l bottle Doggythedog brought from Prague, thanks! It poured golden body wih medium to smaller head. Some honey and flowery malt aroma. Bitter hop flavor, strange somehow, orange but also soapy with fine vanilla or biscuit malts in the background. Specially not too pleasant in the aftertaste, which shows up some strange soapy cardboard character I didn’t like for sure. Medium bodied. Well, shows some quality but a bit unpleasant.

Bottle from the Albert hypermarket in Chodov, Prague I guess, shared with heavy
Light yoghurty malty nose, not complex but nice nuff. Bitter hoppy, distinctly hoppy taste, herbal and interesting in a way, but doesn’t show much more than that and the hopiness isn’t the tastiest one you can find in a beer. Still, drinkable ’nuff.

Bottled with green label. Clear golden, with average, frothy head. Fresh floral hoppy aroma with subtle butter and yeasty feel. Well-rounded mouthfeel with crisp grassy hops, gentle, sweet malts and distinct dry, floral, slightly peppery finish. Tasty, classic Bohemian Pilsner.
