Bottle at home. Has a clear straw colour with medium white head. Proper pilsener aromas of sweet corn, close to pocorn, wet hay and a nice touch of the saaz hops. The flavor is more grassy but still a pleasant sweet touch. A nice medium bitterness in the end. Light moutheel and slightly slick. A classic bohemian pilsener as it should be.

Láhev. Světlá zlatá barva, čirá. Pěna řídká. Vůně lehká s nádechem ananasu. Chuť vyvážená, s dlouho doznívajííc hořkostí. velice slušná jedenáctka.

Bottle. Golden with a small white head. Aroma of malt and hops. Sweet with a lightly bitter finish. A bit more tasty than the standard pale lager, but still a quite boring beer.

Pretty much innocuous in every way. A little hop, a little malt... Not bad but not something I need to drink again.

(On tap - as Bernard Lager - at Tommy’s Beer Cafe, Sydney) It looked beautiful: clear straw with big thick white head. Aroma was grassy hops. Light body with medium carbonation. Flavour was rather thin with a somewhat sharp metallic bitter finish. Overall it was OK.

GBBF. Bright clear gold beer with a good size off head, slightly off white. Light crispy palate, semi dry. A little cream in the pale malt. Decent level of hop bitterness but could use some more. Typical lager aftertaste but with a little hop bitterness. Alright.
