Bottle: Golden coloured with a medium-sized white head; hoppy-bready nose; moderate bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, smaller malty base; bitter malty finish with a faint touch of vegetables. A decent, but no first-class Bohemian Pilsener.........

Hops are evident in aroma and bitterness. Light body with a refreshing sensation, although the appearance does not show it.

Bottle at small bar in Belgrade (Dorcol). Pours crisp hazy straw, light foamy head. Rich tart green aroma, small sharpness to the taste, hop crispness. Very good lager, balanced and distinct

Bouteille 500 ml. 5% Bue à Playa Del Carmen. Achetée au Tarrox. Couleur jaune foncé, mousse blanche. Arôme de malt et un peu de sucre. En bouche,malt, caramel. Finale en houblon et petite amertume. Bonne mais surprenante pour une Pils Tchèque.

UPDATED: DEC 5, 2011 draft in prague. clear gold. mild corn starch nose; mild noble hop aromatic pungency. clean, crisp, snappy. the hops have a black pepper spiciness and the body is creamy, frothy and firm. beats all of the other svetly lezak sampled from the rest of the czech breweries today.

buena cerveza con olor muy refrescante a malta y flores,al paladar un cuerpo medio bien refrescante y aroma floral,es buena pero por ser una pilsner le falta el lupulo que casi es ausente. no recomendada si buscan una buena pils.

Bottle @ Home. Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, grassy hops, some sour or lemonlike notes. Taste is sweet bready malt, grassy hops, citruss. Thin body, lively carbonation. 211011

Aroma is faint, but after 6 Bernard pilseners, what does that say. Flavour is medium bitter of Czech herbal grassy hops with an off sidenote. Maybe my tastebuds have gone bad.

Almost clear golden with a small white head that laces a little. Aroma of bready malt, some sweet fruit, floral hops and Wheaties. The taste is somewhat sweet bready malt with a minor floral hop presence and a slight metallic flavor. Light-medium bodied with smooth carbonation. Clean beer, and quite drinkable, but lacking the hops that I’d prefer to get from a good pilsner.

Bottle. Clear golden pour, thick white head. Aroma of spicy hops and slightly grassy and earhty. Flavor is very nice bitter pils. Decent Czech pilsener, as they should be.
