Bottle. Despite "unfiltered" stated on bottle, colour is clear golden. Medium white head, rather quickly disappearing. Not much to say about the aroma. Initially some generic hops, after a short while it goes away and aroma stays malty. Taste is almost medium hoppy bitter. Finish is probably best thing about this beer. Long and hoppy. The KEG version is many times better, rerate to come.

(Draught at U Kocoura, Prague, 26 July 2012) Hazy golden colour with creamy, off-white head. Malty nose with notes of grass, hay, a touch of citrus, toffee and herbal hops. Malty taste with bread, grass, hay, toffee and a distinct grassy, herbal bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty, solid and very nice Bohemian pilsener.

Tap in the Holborn Whippet. This was a glorious pint of pilsener, well balanced, rich mouthfeel, good strong hopping and most importantly tasted super fresh. Pilseners seem so sensitive to freshness, don’t know what it is about the style but the minute it gets past its peak they become flat or vegetabley, and if you bottle them it gets metallic. This was one of the best pints of lager I’ve had, I reckon.

On tap. A minor triumph. Unfiltered and delicious. Golden colour, nice foamy head, sweet, bitter, touch fruity, grassy hops. Brilliant.

Keg in Holborn Whippet. Colour is golden, touch of cloudiness and haze, white head. Nose is creel grain, slight floral esters, hay and grassy. Taste is a full flavoured lager. Fruity esters, grass and hay, cereal grain and nice fresh hop bitterness. One of the best lagers in the world when fresh.

Keg @ the Holborn Whippet. Slightly hazy deep golden color with a medium creamy white head. THe nose is light yeast, honey, apple and plenty of grain. The taste is similar - more honeyed apples and sweet grain flavor. Simple and refreshing. Light body, active carbonation. Overall, a pretty good pils.

@ Järnet in Gamla stan, Sthlm. Aroma brings some bisquits, hops, citrus, hay and flowers. Flavor is tens from hops, flowers, hay, citrus and also little pepery finish. Palate is medium and a nice bitter finish is lingering in the back of my tounge.
