Draft at the Euston Tap. Pours a just slightly hazy golden-yellow with a mild, white head. Crisp, pale malts and light bread in the nose. Great flavor. Toasty bread, light yeast, light caramel, subtly crisp hops. Medium bodied with average to high carbonation. Crisp, lightly earthy bitters in the finish, with more cereal and cracker malts. Just delightful.

Draught @ Soldaten Svejk. Lovely pilsener! Easy to drink, but still interesting. You could have five of thoose in a row without getting bored. Perfect balance of sweet caramel malt, some fresh hops and a small touch of burned malt.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draught. Meatier, grainier aroma and flavor than the regular version. Yeasty, fuller flavor. Still fruity and grassy--hoppy as hell. Smooth, with low carbonation. Could use a touch more sweetness imo, but clean and good.

On tap on the visit of the brewery.
Poured clear golden with a huge foamy white head. Rich aroma of a lager beer with malt and fine yeasts, a pleasant bit of hops. Medium body, fine texture and rich flavor with all the ingridients. Bready malt, nice bottom-yeasts, herbal-floral hop. Nice one!

Draught, The Sheffield Tap, Platform 1B, Sheffield. Bright golden and fizzing with a touch of dustiness. Just-mown aroma with a hint of banana. Soft and sherbety; honeyed slickness moving into grass, a little almond, moderate bitterness, barely noticeable squeaking of the teeth. Clean, well-executed lager.
