rickgordon (3845) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - JUL 12, 2008
Sampled from bottle. Hazy golden colour. Rancid buttery aroma. Sourness and rancid butterscotch prevent any other flavour sensation to step forward. A medium bitterness was sensed alright. Somehing went really wrong here.

thewolf (11254) - Kolding, DENMARK - JUL 11, 2008
Bottle on the bus @ RBESG.
Pours hazy pale golden with a big, frothy/bubbly white head. Aroma has wet malts, oranges and some sourness. Medium carbonation. Pretty sweet flavour with some citric tartness and pepper behind it. Not very good.

oh6gdx (20902) - Vasa, FINLAND - JUL 8, 2008
Draught@brewpub. Deep amber colour with mediumsized creamy beige head. Aroma is fruits, sweet malts, caramel and a good dose of diacetyl. Flavour is quite the same but has some mildly roasted notes. The finish is rather papery dry with lots of fruityness (yeast?) coming in.

Shady dark copper color, tan head. Sweet, amlty, butterscotch scent. Butterscotch and sweet taste. Grainy and roasted aftertaste. A bit thin mouthfeel. Dry medium bitterness.

1.5 L bottle. Pours hazy yellow to orange with a slowly collapsing white head. Sweet floral to fruity aroma yet with a lot diacetyl. Flavour sweet, a bit honey like and with a mild floral/fruity note. Ends with a mild bitterness and quite fruity, althought with a persisting butterish note throughout.

Bottle on the bus of banter. Alround rating: Buttery biscuity malts, raw bitterness and an iodine bitterness makes it a bit harsh. Nothing like as hot as the 10.

From a PET bottle at a RBESG08 bus trip. Deep golden with medium white head. Malty aroma with unpleasant rancid butterscotch. Alcoholic, sour and bitter. Appearantly something went wrong here.

omhper (19953) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - JUL 3, 2008
UPDATED: AUG 20, 2008 PET bottle. Lightly hazy golden, airy head. Lemony nose with some unpleasant rotting fat. Sweet and unclean, cellary and sweaty. Bold fizzy mouthfeel. Salty finish. As I understand this beer was bought only one day prior to sampling at the brewery, so even if it was in a sad shape at the time of tasting noone but the brewery is to be blaimed.

Marko (4056) - Split / Zagreb, CROATIA - JUL 1, 2008
From a PET bottle (great label) shared out by someone in the bus on day 2 (thanks whoever you were)
Again, maybe a bit too warm for a fair rating and I apologize. Poured a nice murky golden body with a white head. A nice yoghurty-grainy nose. The hoppy bitterness forces its way up front around a mild yoghurty yeastiness and a slightly fruity maltiness. A bit grainy. A good beer but not as flashy as I hoped it would be. It probably deserves better than this.

Quack-Duck (8072) - Down South, GERMANY - MAY 23, 2007
This special lager is not regularly brewed. The one I tasted was an Easter special, but they brew it at other occasions as well. Long-lasting head, great golden colour, nearly orange. Although quite malty you can taste the hops very well, especially the aftertaste is dominated by great citrusy hop flavours. One of the best beers I’ve ever tried.
