Pour a nice bright yellow with a crisp bitter finish. A touch of malt sweetness rounds out the huge noble type hop aroma - a true hop head pilsner.

On tap @ Diving Dog. Clear golden beer with a thick white head. Crisp cracker and biscuit dough. Sort of a fruity ester component as well. Grassy hops and a touch of citrus bitterness. Slight peach. A good bit of sweetness to the flavor. Tons of biscuit and sweet bread. A touch grainy. Not too shabby.

Grass and floral hops on the nose. The sweetish malt backbone comes in on the end of the palate. Nice bite.

On draft at Caps & Taps. It pours a lightly hazed yellow color with a nice white head. The aroma has sweet pale malt, lemongrass and light florals. The flavor is lemony, a little floral hops with sweet pale malt and a velvety mouthfeel. Lemongrass with some light sweetness in the finish. Nice stuff.

From a growler from the tap room. The aroma is a bit grassy with some citrus lemon character, too. Light biscuity pilsner maltiness is also present. Not too much happening here in the nose. Transparent yellow-golden body with a frothy, white head and good lacing. Attractive enough. Starts a bit hoppy, and somewhat metallic and grassy. Becomes a little thick, sweet, and chewy in the middle. Perhaps a little diacetyl is also there. Finishes mildly bitter. Not a big fan of this beer at all. To big, too sticky, and I get this weird slick buttery character from it.

On tap at Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours clear golden with a rich white head and a grassy aroma. There is a hearty pale malt flavor with some grassy hop bitterness. Pretty robust for a pilsner - tastes more like an IPA.

Tap at The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours hazy gold with a 3 finger creamy white head. Mixed aroma of peach, tripel and grass. Med body. Very hoppy - starts fruity goes strongly grassy. Hints sweet but finishes dry, a little astringent and bitter. This is great stuff.
