Half pint on cask at the taproom. The aroma is lightly fruity with a mild apricot character. Underlying banana yeast esters are also present in the nose. Nice, sweet character. I really like the nose on this. Hazy golden body with a creamy white head and great lacing present. Starts a bit fruity with some apricot flavors and a little acidic astringency. The fruitiness melds nicely with the banana yeast esters. Really solid brew, and I prefer this to the regular saison. I wish it had more carbonation, though.
