Had this beer on 6/2/1999. Color is a bright gold with good carbonation and light head. Aroma is a very light malt scent. Taste is light, fruity, and clean. Starting with a light body it goes down easy with a light sweet malt flavor. The finish is a crisp malt flavor bscked by a mild hop flavor and very light bitterness. Overall its one of the most refreshing and clean summer brews I’ve had. This beer would be grate on any summer day you feel like a good refreshing brew.

$3.99 a sixer at Trader Joes last summer. Pours amber with a slight white head. Light floral hop smell. Light to medium bodied with nice carbonation. Has a grainy, yeasty flavor with a lightly bitter finish. Crisp and refreshing, a tasty, well balanced summer brew

This brew had a decent hop aroma but the flavor was a watery mess o’ blandness. Pours amber with a small white head. Very thin on the palate with a watery, lightly bitter finish. Lots of citrus/floral hops in the aroma which don’t really carry through into the taste. Taste has just the slightest caramel flavor which is drowned out by this boring bland watery flavor.

Dark Gold to amber in color with a lightly sweet aroma and faint hops. A fairly sweet adn lightly hopped brew that really doesn’t jump out as a typical summer brew, although its pretty good on a 0 degree January Chicago night. OK
