COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottled, The aroma has a bit of citrus, some coriander, bubble gum, Belgian yeast. Hazy, yellow coloured beer with a medium, white head. The taste is light bitter, has biscuity malts, some citrus, spice and yeast. Medium bodied, bit alcoholic. Nice.

Yellow/orange hazy with medium white cap. Yeasty aroma. Very nice rich and mild taste, with perfectly blanced sweetnes, acidity and bitterness. Sweet bitter note remains as aftertaste.

Bottle 50cl kindly shared by Calisky. A clear yellow beer with medium head, aroma is on belgian yeast. Aroma is very sweet, lot of sugar, round, barley sugar, bit mono dimensional, light over ripped apples and apricot.

Bouteille 50cl.

Cloudy amber color, nice off-white head, no carbonation, aromas of smoked charcuterie and cabbage, long finish, thick, overly sweet (for my taste) and the large 50cl bottle makes it difficult to drink.

Citric, white pepper smell with lots of grain. Yeasty, cardamom. Golden transparent colour, no carbonation, nice head. Taste is dark and peachy, cherries, caramel, and lightly alcoholic. Watery with more dark fruit. Smokey.

On tap @ Zythos Beer Festival. Clear golden with a small white head and light lacing. Aroma is of biscuity malt, light perfume notes, boozy notes, banana and some spiciness. Taste is a little too sweet and boozy along with biscuity malt, spices and fruity notes. Medium body. Medium carbonation. Slightly dry finish. On style Tripel, but a little raw. Decent at best.
