COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A drink for lovers! Originally introduced for Valentine's Day 1999, this smooth, full-bodied ale is one of our customers' favorites. It tempts the taster with a subtle blend of crystal malts complemented by just a hint of chocolate and the rich, flavor and aroma of hazelnuts.

On draught at the brewpub restraunt in Salmon, Idaho. Pours a clear orangish amber brew with an average sized white head that dissolves to a thin white ring. Aroma of rich pecan praline, some caramel malt and flowery hops. Taste is very light carbonation, medium bodied with a distinct pecan praline, roasted nuts and caramel flavor. Finish is semi-sweet, with a biscuity aftertaste. This is a rare and unusual brown ale I have ever encountered that reminded me of those long trips with my family as we stopped at a few Stuckey’s for pecan rolls and peanut brittle.

Light amber with no head. Strong hazelnut covers everything in the flavor and nose. Seemed like I was drinking hazelnut extract.

2004 NABA Festival: Clear golden brown pour. Smells great. Smells like caramel corn. Taste is not that great.

NABA ’04: Light brown/bronze color, no head, light lacing. The aroma is brutal with hazelnut, caramel corn & molasses sweetness. Taste like caramel corn, pure hazelnut extract. No finesse here, all cover up. Novelty.
