Amber with a light head. Light, sweet malt aroma. Toasty, kind of. Flavor has a toasted malt quality. Finishes with a slight bite of bitterness.

On draught at the brewpub restraunt in Salmon, Idaho. Pours a clear caramel amber bew with a fast dissolving off-white head that leaves behind a bubbly white ring. Aroma of light caramel malt, slowery hops with a touch of sweet apples and pears. Taste is medium bodied lightly carbonated with a slight toasted multi-grain biscuit and faint bitter hop flavor. Finish is smooth, sweet malty and a slight grain aftertaste with moderate bitterness.

Draught at the brewpub: Misty amber color, no head and light lacing. Nose of dry fruity malts. A bit of tart green apple smell. The flavor is chalky with a bit of dirt and grass flavor. Dull, flat tail. Fat and unappealing with infected as a side note.
