Tap. Pours clear amber with a medium, creamy off-white head, long retention and good lacing. Aroma is caramel and cookie malt, fruity and floral hops with fruity esters . Flavor is malt dominant with light hops and bitterness and a sweet finish. Light body and warmth with medium carbonation.

Draft at brewpub. Pours amberish with a thin white head. Not much on the nose except for a bit of corn on the nose. Creamy on the tongue with a hint of malty flavor. Finishes clean.

On tap, at brewery. Pours a slightly hazy amber body with a small fizzy off-white head. Pretty nice toasty and lightly bready malt nose with just enough hops to liven it up a bit. The flavor is really well balanced, very clean with enough hops to make it stand out among the pleathora of Ambers out there. Medium bodied with fizzy soft carbonation, a light hoppy snap on the finish. Incredibly drinkable. It won’t fire up too many geeks, but it’s a great gateway beer to get locals into more flavorful beer. Nice effort!
