Tap at Sabatiniís. Nice cloudy copper color, nice thick head. Aroma had strong citrus smell, and a hint of caramel malts. Nice bitter taste with a citurs taste left on the palate. Great beer overall, definitely going to take the short trek to the brewpub very soon! This was my first taste of this brewery and it was a good one!

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: OCT 1, 2012 From the July 3R6P tasting. +++ Sampled from a 22 oz brown bottle this beer poured an orange-amber color with a medium sized soapy off white head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was sweet and tangy pine and grapefruit. The flavor was tangy and bitter pine, grapefruit, bread and a touch of honey. The finish was long and tangy pine and grapefruit. Moderately full bodied. Solid.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Draft at the Brewery with Andrew, PJ, and Brendan. Pours a slightly hazy orange amber with nice creamy white head. Aroma is tangerine, citrus and hops - if I had to guess Simcoe and Citra. Mouthfeel is very creamy with fruity notes as well. Slightly restrained - but in turn incredibly sessionable.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at Berwick Brewery - on beerquest 2.5 w/ Andy James and PJ. Their best beer Iíve had. Milky and creamy. Close to perfect IBU. Could be more aggressive but great within the style - clearly brewed very carefully.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at the brewery as party of beerquest 2.5. Juicy simcoe hops... Fresh and tangerines notes. Surprisingly balanced for 7% and extremely fluffy and smooth.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
This one was a real surprise since lagers seem to be the specialty here. Pours with an inch head and leaves a lot of lacing. Aroma has this wonderful hoppiness as does the taste but itís not overwhelming obnoxious hoppiness. The taste lingers for a long time after you drink it. Fantastic!

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
In short: A soft refreshing blonde ale with smooth fruity hops. Too soft for an IPA but a good thirst quencher nonetheless
How: Tap at brewpub
The look: Cloudy dark blonde body topped by a medium off-white head
In long: Nose of fruit salad and grapefruit. Taste has bready malts, honey, some grapefruits, some white grapes, some pineapples. A bit of grapefruits at the very end and a little dryness. Carbonation was a bit too soft, less carbonated than all other beers Iíve had there, probably something with this particular batch. The beer is far from intense and the bitterness is rather soft. Very soft. Overall it felt more like a fruity hoppy golden ale than a true American IPA. Refreshing and enjoyable for what it is. The Atomic Punk is the smallest useless particle known to man. It is made of a not-positive nucleus surrounded by very negative electrons. It is very unstable yet it rarely releases energy, and never before noon.
