COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A tart, refreshing taste of Summer in the dead of Winter. I brewed it as a traditional European Wheat beer, but then added over 2 bushels of fresh, ripe, end-of-summer peaches from the nearby Heller Orchard.

Draft 1/2 liter. This is really a peach flavored Hefeweizen, not an "American Wheat" style beer. Pours a cloudy yellow body with a small white head that retained as a thin covering. Nice peach nose, lots of skins, lightly tart, hearty wheat and yeast influence. The flavor is not sweet at all like I was expecting. It’s dominated by the Hefe with just a light peach accent on the finish and around the edges, a little tart. Full and soft with fizzy prickly carbonation. Lingering peach and light banana. Decent, not any more enjoyable than the regular, but nicely drinkable.
