Výrazný až drzý charakter tohoto svrchně kvašeného pivního speciálu vychází z vyššího obsahu alkoholu a vydatného několikafázového chmelení, jehož výsledkem je potom nezapomenutelná drsně hořká chuť i vůně. Website description states 6.2% ABV, the PET bottle 6.5%.

draught at Nota Bene, PETka from Zly Casy. Hazy orange-golden colour, creamy white head leaving lacework. Intensive hop aroma, fruity, slightly resiny. Full-bodied with an intensive malty base supporting the huge amount of aromatic and bitter hops very well. Resiny with tropical fruit and citrus fruit, perfetcly balanced bitter-sweet flavour. Smooth and velvety on the palate. I actually preferred the PET-bottled version - it seemed so much more intensive than the draught version.

Tap at U Slovanské Lípy, Prague. Poured a clear medium amber with a long-lasting frothy white head and lots of broken lace. The aroma is grassy hop. The flavour is medium bitter with a grass nettle woody hop citrus palate and a short bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. A half decent IPA.

On tap. Slightly hazy golden color. Citrus aroma. Sweet, tropical fruit taste. A little less noticeable than most American versions, plesantly surprised with this one.

Bottled. Aroma - lovely hopped and malted, almost classic pale ale aroma, could be a bit stronger, although. Almost clear gold color appeared with a thing white head. Tastes a bit lighter than any classic IPA, although very well hoppy flowered, decently biiter and the finish is beautifully prolonged and nicely dry. People friendly version of the IPA with classic bohemian malts based body.

plastic bottle, picked up at the ceske budejovice pivoteka. alas, pretty close to its best-before date which is a bit of a risk with these bottles. still, plenty of tangy bitterness and peachy malt, just a bit undermined by a creeping acidity and tonic bitterness which didn’t quite belong. will definitely have to try this fresh

Blondine IPA with a stable head. Citruses and bitter fruits aroma. Medium body, lively carbon and thick texture. Bitter taste. Palate is dominated by tropical citruses, chinin and oak bark. Drafted @brewery pub.

Draught at brewery. Aroma: czech hops and malts. pale haz ycolor with nice white head. lightly bitter compering to other IPA’s but i consider this beer as czech style "light" IPA. it’s easy to drink. Good Czech IPA.

Aroma: malty, earthy Taste: nice malty flavour with earthy, hoppy flavour and significant bitterness Overall: It’s not a typical IPA, it’s something like old world english IPA, but with czech hops. Interesting beer definitely.
