Had this at The Crown, Charlton-on-Otmoor, 13.06.11 I understand that this was brewed recently for the Royal Scots Guards recent ’freedom of Wantage day’. Poured amber, good clarity, no real head in fact condition wise this was a bit flat and lacking in zest. Some unripe nuttiness and then caramel in mouth, a little bitterness, however the overall impression is that this is lacking a little. A6 A3 T6 P3 Ov12 2.9
