draught at the Solothurner Biertage 2008 - cloudy orange colour, little foam; aroma of sour apple and straw; light to medium-bodied, some acidity (but far less than the sample I had 5 weeks before), low carbonation; quite dry aftertaste of green apples - a bit too easy for a berliner weisse
