Sweet, rich, caramely toffee aroma has a hint of German lager yeast and light fruity notes. Body starts with good German malty viscosity and caramely sweetness balanced with some mild bittering hops and doughy yeast. Aroma is very malty with alot of caramel as well as some dark fruits. Taste is very malty with alot of caramel, some raisins and chocolate. Full bodied, syrupy across the palate. Malty caramel flavor with some chocolate notes on the finish. Full bodied and semi-dry.
