COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A dry & hoppy German style Pilsner named by our friends at NEARFest (the largest progressive Musical Festival in the United States). Pale straw to light golden in color. German Halllertau hops give this beer a crisp clean bitterness with a hoppy floral bouquet. Perfect, dry, and refreshing for summer!

Going through my iphone stored ratings, on draft. Poured a golded yellow. Aroma was grassy and citrus. Flavors were grassy toast, light citrus. Palate was light bodied but finish was astringently bitter. Overall ok. Dated 7-9-09

On tap at the Bethlehem location. Poured a light to medium golden color wtih a smaller sized white head. Aromas of floral hops, some grassiness, and lighter citrus. Tastes of the same grassiness and floral hops. Refreshing after spending the afternoon outside in the sun.
