COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This IPA has a very subtle apricot nose due to the 42 lbs of Apricot puree that was added. Originally brewed for the English soldiers in India and highly hopped to preserve the beer for the long trip from England to India. Made with magnum and Cascade hops for a fruity nose and a hoppy finish.

Lightly hazy amber color with a small, off white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of floral hops, pine, citrus, apricots, and light toast. Taste of citrus, pine, grass, tropical fruits, toffee, and a grapefruit finish.
