Nov 1, 2007 (Draught) Pours a murky purplish-amber body with small pinkish head. Aroma of grapes, berries, brett, and dustiness. Flavor of sour, black currants, earthiness, and oak with a tart, dry finish.

Oct 17, 2007 Oak aromas, tanins and a little vanilla, some grapes and fruits, very wine like aromas. Pours cloudy purple, to very dark red. Mild tartness, a lot of oak, fruity, grapes and maybe raspberries in the flavor. It reminds me more of a flemish sour than a lambic, it lacks in good lacto acidic flavor and sourness. Still a good attempt and i did enjoy it.
