Very light yellow with nearly no head. Crisp and very light. Refreshing, but a bit too light. Not bad though.

Very crisp and creamy beer. Perfect for a summer day. I liked the citrus notes and I detected a honey flavor as well.

Ancient backlog. Straightforward cream ale with some corny and malty notes. Didn’t rev me up.

On tap at the Bethlehem location. Pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma of pale malt and sweet fruits. Flavor is sweet initially with a bready malt finish. Decent and easy drinking.

Not bad for a cream ale. Keep the style in mind. Clear straw yellow color with a white rim for a head. Aroma of hops. Carbonated nicely with a crisp feel and taste of grain and mild hops.

3.30.07 Smooth, creamy brew. Not my style, but I kind of liked this. Not the best brew that day, though.

on tap-pours a thin white head and yellow color with effervescence. Aroma is grain-some sweetness. Taste is grain, smooth, balanced with light hops bite. Easy drinking. Good effervescence.

Light color with subtle, grainy aroma. Taste is light, grainy, with some almost honey-like sweetness. Drinkable, but nothing special.

On tap at the BBW as part of the sampler. Pours a translucent yellow with a smaller bubbly white head that left some lacing. Aroma of corn, grassy, some light grains, citrus and bready. Flavor was very light and crisp with a nice german hop profile. Some lemon, bready and cereal grains. NIce session beer with more flavor than expected.
