Commercial Description:
Clean crisp malt flavor with a dose of imported German Hallertau hops makes this a refreshing brew. Originally brewed to compete with pale lagers popularity, cream ale style beers have been resurrected by many a microbrewery.

3.30.07 Smooth, creamy brew. Not my style, but I kind of liked this. Not the best brew that day, though.

on tap-pours a thin white head and yellow color with effervescence. Aroma is grain-some sweetness. Taste is grain, smooth, balanced with light hops bite. Easy drinking. Good effervescence.

Light color with subtle, grainy aroma. Taste is light, grainy, with some almost honey-like sweetness. Drinkable, but nothing special.

On tap at the BBW as part of the sampler. Pours a translucent yellow with a smaller bubbly white head that left some lacing. Aroma of corn, grassy, some light grains, citrus and bready. Flavor was very light and crisp with a nice german hop profile. Some lemon, bready and cereal grains. NIce session beer with more flavor than expected.
