Jan 6, 2009 Draft at BBW Pours a clear amber with an off white head. Leaves nice lacing on the glass. Had some differnt aromas. Some earthy carmels. Lightly hopped with a nice nutty bitterness. Produces a nice aftertaste. A pretty refreshing beer in the summer.

May 31, 2008 <b>Draft</b>. Medium amber body with thin head. Aroma is light sweet malt, floral. Flavor is sweet malt, light hops and a soft note of nuttiness. Smooth and lightly bitter.

Mar 7, 2008 Draft at Brewpub. Pours translucent copper amber with a nice off white head. No discernible aromas. Flavor caramel malts and nuts that is countered by a spicy herbal bitterness. Finish is semi-dry with some hints of tea. Needs more sweetness for me. My least favorite of the lineup.

Jan 14, 2008 Tap at the brewpub. Brown/amber color with a 1+ finger off-white head. Aroma was mild malts, some earthy notes. Flavor was much the same, with the hops coming through adding a nice sense of bitterness. Balanced and quite drinkable.

Nov 23, 2007 Great looking and sweet smelling with a nice finish. A nice beer which is easy to drink, but there are other Beth Brews I prefer.
