Deep red amber colored, full-bodied, with a residual malt sweetness and hoppy flavor. This is an all-around Brew Works favorite. A great Yeungling “Lager” alternative. This british style ale contains a special blend of Cluster, Fuggle, and East Kent Golding hops.

Tasted: cask on charity night at Bethlehem Brew Works. ( proceeds went to help kitties! ). Poured copper in color with a long lasting creamy head. Very nice with the low cask carb and warmer temp. Aroma was dominated by the malt. Tasted of roasted flavors and a medium caramel. Earthy english hops come through at the end. This cask was flavored with orange. The finish was a deep orange flavor. Not too strong orange just an earthy citrus peel flavor. Very easy to drink not too heavy. Nice brew good cause.

What I liked about this beer was the subtle blends of caramel malt, spice, brown sugar and hop. It was nothing mind blowing, but an easy drinking beer with some quality going on.

I’m just not feeling this one. Pours amberish from tap. Not a ton of aroma. A bit of malt on the tongue. Decent amount of carbonation. Finishes clean. Meh!

Amber with nice dense off-white head. Toasty roasty malt aroma. Nice crisp flavor. Clean malt with well balanced hop bitterness and a hint of citrus/lemon. Very easy to drink. Well done.

On tap, Bethlehem location. Clear copper body with a minimal off-white head that ran to a thin film. Lightly grainy toasted malt with a touch of English hops on the nose. The flavor is much the same, toasty, light bitterness, and some light huskiness. Medium bodied with fizzy carbonation and a slight coarseness on the finish. A decent ESB, one that won’t knock your socks off, but it is a decent session type beer.

Mmm, light but pleasant aroma. Very effervescent and sparkling palate, smooth, crisp, refreshing. Hopped well, bit of toasty flavours, quite enjoyable!

Poured a dark amber with some off white head caramel aroma, a sweet malt flavor with a nice nutty taste, caramel and slightly roasted slight bitterness at the end an above average beer that is sessionable

Draft at BBW Pours a clear amber with an off white head. Leaves nice lacing on the glass. Had some differnt aromas. Some earthy carmels. Lightly hopped with a nice nutty bitterness. Produces a nice aftertaste. A pretty refreshing beer in the summer.
