@Bear Creek Brewfest-on tap-pours a retaining white head and cloudy straw color. Aroma is bananan, light malt/wheat. Taste is banana/clove, light malt/wheat, secondary spice hops.

This isn’t one of the best hefes I’ve had, but I don’t think it’s the worst either. The only thing that really drags this beer down the finish and the body. There isn’t enough of a body with a hefe-like character, and the finish doesn’t contain that real ’smack-in-the-face’ type of flavor. The beer pours a beautiful, hazy orange color with a big off-white head. There is some banana and clove in the nose, as well as in the flavors. But it just lacked that extra flavor that puts other weizens over the top.
