On tap, at Allentown. Pours a clear pale yellow with a nice creamy white nitro head. Light nose, some bready malt and a light touch of honey sweetness. Light flavor as well, kinda like thin honey water. Light bready and doughy malts. Some lighter corn notes on the finish. Light bodied and thin with the typical nitro feel. Not terrible, but I don’t think the nitro did anything positive for it.

Ancient backlog. Aroma of pale malt, touch of lemon. Flavor has MAYBE a hint of honey, pale malt, corn. Extremely light-bodied on nitro. Leaves one wanting.

On nitro at the Allentown location. Pours a clear yellow with a thick nitro head. Aroma of sweet honey and bready malt. Flavor of sweet pale malts and honey initially with a bready, wheaty finish. A decent beer to slug back but nothing too complex. 7/4/6/3/13 [3.3/5]

On tap at Allentown location. Pours a yellow color with a nice amount of white head. Has a slight honey smell but it taste like a dirty sneaker. I’ll pass on this one

3/27/09 at the first night of my bach party weekend. Finally made my way back to Brew Works for some of the new beers. Unfortunately this one was a total miss, with zero flavor to speak of. And this was the first thing I drank, so my palate was crrrrisp. Big pass on this one.

On tap at the Bethlehem location. I didn’t realize this was a new beer or I would have wrote down the description. I do remember it saying it was brewed with a ton of honey though. Poured a light straw color wtih a small sized white head. Aromas of honey and some grains. Tastes of stronger honey, grains and malty sweetness. The honey was definitely there and a lot stronger in the tastes. I’m not overly crazy about honey though...
