My first Lambic. Very dark with a orangish tint, with alot of foamy head. It was somewhat bitter, but I’m no lambic connoisseur. I did taste a little cranberry, which was lovely. I must say the aroma wasn’t that pleasant. It was a good beer overall, though.

Growler from BBW via Mark at Heavyweight. Pours very turbid, murky brownish with light violet hints and a thin off white head. Aroma is midly tart, farmhouse, funky, light cranberry. Flavor has the same character of their framboise- a dirty yeasty farmhouse character, with more tartness, and a medium lactic sourness. A bit too drity for me, but otherwise , it seems pretty decent.

On tap, at brewpub. Cloudy red/orange color, with a cranberry, fruit, and yeast aroma. Flavors are cranberry, yeast, and fruit. Doesn’t seem like it’s 8%.

Distinctly tart and real cranberry, hardly sweetened at all. Cloudy peach colour, lots of foam. with a unique and pleasant aroma. Y-yeast and not a purpously infected batch, and oak cask stored. Easy mouthfeel.

on tap-pours a big, creamy, light yellow head with cloudy orange color. Aroma is vinegar, yeast. Taste is fruity, vinegar, yeast. The fruit by midglass does distinguish itself as cranberry. Medium body. Occasional.

On tap at the BBW Brew Pub. Poured a deep and cloudy peach color with a peach colored head (I go the color peach from my wife, but she nailed the color). Aromas of strong tart, tart cranberries, cherries, light citrus and yeast. Tastes of lighter cranberries and a little fruity. Tastes not as tart as the aromas would have you expect. Also has a light sweet berry quality to it. Alcohol content hidden
