Poured a murky brown golden color with a thin ring of off white bubbles, leaving no lacing on the glass. Aroma of musty cellar, horseblanket, earth, and light citrus. Taste was oaky, light apple, a bit of citrus, some vanilla, and a tart, dry finish.

I think we got lucky getting this one as we kicked the cask (at the Bethlehem location). Poured a medium and cloudy amber color with a very small sized off white head. Aromas of mustiness, funky, wet hay, earthy, and lightly fruity. Tastes of mustiness, brett, light citrus, and lightly bready. Light to medium sour and tart finish.

Cask at BBW. Pours a hazy brownish orange with a smaller creamy off white head. Aroma of barnyard, musty, citrus, lightly floral and tartness. Flavor was tart, cherry, earthy, bready, musty, citrus and floral.
