On tap at the Bethlehem location. Poured a lighter to medium golden color with a small sized white head. Aromas of citrus, a little floral, and lighter fruitiness. Tastes of fruitiness, citrus (orange cream), and lighter floralness. Light lacing left on the glass.

This is decent. Sort of a weird beer. Nice bitterness, a bit lacking on the aroma side but maybe it’s because I just ate? Smooth and crisp, medium finish. Overall, good.

Crisp and clear, and the Belgian yeast lends a nice sharp finish on the palate. Hoppy but not much balance, a little thin.

3/27/09 Bach party at BBW. Tastes like a wit upfront with a bitter (not hoppy, just bitter) finish. Interesting and fairly tasty.

5.06.05 Tap at Brew Works Brownish, with fruity aroma. Sweet is the word on taste here. Really good with a nice stogie (bring your own, the Brew Works stopped selling cigars as my friend found out)

I really enjoyed this one, and it was the beer of the trip for me. Brown pour with intense Belgian ale aroma including fruit, candi sugar, and Brett. Tastes malty, with that candi sugar/yeast/slight astringent yet fruity finish. Worth seeking out.

The name says it all-its a bit rough as far as the mix of ingredients but very easy to swallow. I like rough tasty beers. It has a flowery-fruity sweet aroma that you find in Belgian style beers. I like the finish this beer and the other BBW beers have. It has a light fizz and was cloudy reddish-brown when I poured it. I wasn’t a big fan of the aftertaste though which I found to be not so pleasant. Try it in a growler!

Deep golden in color with a slight haze and a medium off-white head. Aroma of malt, fruit and spice. Sweet malt flavor with fruit and spice.Very nice Begian pale/golden.
